Refund Policy

Faulty Items:

If your items arrive faulty or damaged, we will be pleased to facilitate an exchange or refund for your purchase (including freight costs). Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item to organise an exchange. We will then provide details on the address to send your product back to and the next steps.

We suggest sending returns via registered post, as we are unable to accept responsibility on parcels that are lost in transit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Change of Mind:

Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

 

Other:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us using the enquiry form on this website. Your feedback and satisfaction is valued and important to us.

 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Shipping Returns:

To return your product, we will send you a form to fill out with the return address details. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
