How do I know what size is best for my pet?
Based on the feedback from pet owners, we find that the small size is usually used for cats or small dogs. The large size is usually used for large dogs or as a water bowl for any sized animal.
Like us humans, we know all pets are different and understand that the customers/owners can usually determine which size bowl is preferred for their little furry individual and their needs. Following are the dimensions of our bowls to provide an idea and understanding of our sizes:
How do I care for my product?
All our bowls are dishwasher safe, however we recommend that the premium bowls with the gold and silver rims be hand-washed where possible to ensure that the gold or silver paint lasts longer.
The bowls with the gold and silver paint are not microwaveable.
How is my product packaged?
Luxury products call for beautiful packaging. All our precious bowls are individually packaged in our swish, yet sturdy boxes that are custom made to fit and protect your item.
In addition, the box is made of recycled material and can be reused as a keep-sake box or however you prefer.
Any orders placed on a Friday, Public Holiday, or during the weekend will be processed on the following working day.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of your email – this will take you to the carrier website. From here you can get recent updates on the location and progress of your order.
We send to all locations across Australia. Delivery fees are charged based on the weight of your package and are calculated automatically when you finalise your purchase.
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and are shipped with Australia Post thereafter.
Parcel Post (Standard) delivery:
Dispatch of your online order from Melbourne will be between 1- 3 business days from the time your order is confirmed.
Express Post delivery:
Express orders are dispatched no later than next business day from Melbourne.
Please note: That this does not include weekends or public holiday and selected delivery times will apply after dispatch. Peak periods and promotional events may impact these timeframes.
We ship to countries within the following continents: North America, Europe/UK, Asia, and Australia/New Zealand. Please select your location/region at the Checkout. International shipping costs will be calculated and added to your total order. All international orders are shipped using an express international service.
International Shipping & COVID-19
Please note that on-going COVID-19 restrictions is causing longer-than-usual delivery times for some international shipping destinations. Unfortunately this is outside of our control and may be due to overseas restrictions, custom delays and fewer flights.
All international shipments are shipped via an Express service and will be provided with a tracking number. We recommend you contact your local postal service with the tracking number provided within your dispatch notification to receive updated delivery estimates.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We ship all orders with Australia Post, who has provided the following estimates for delivery:
Domestic shipping timeframes:
Standard: Typically 3 – 5 business days
Express: 1 - 3 business days
International shipping timeframes:
Australia Post estimates international delivery can be up to 10 - 28 business days. Please note this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.
Please note that Pet Federation is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left Australia.
